Four-Seam Fastball

Index and middle fingers across the wide seams, thumb directly underneath. One finger-width apart. Grip firmly but not tightly.

Two-Seam Fastball (Sinker)

Fingers along the narrow seams. More index finger pressure creates arm-side run.

Curveball

Middle finger on the bottom seam, thumb on the back. Snap wrist downward for topspin.

Slider

Similar to curveball but across the wide seams. Apply pressure with the index finger's outer edge for lateral break.

Changeup

Circle changeup: form an OK sign with thumb and index, grip with remaining three fingers. Reduces velocity by 8-12 mph.
